Ways I Help

Direct support for people who are ready to stop going in circles and build something better.

Recovery Coaching

Recovery has to work in everyday life. I help you build routines, stay connected, follow through on responsibilities, and figure out what helps you keep moving. This can include support during the transition home from treatment or as you find your footing in recovery.

What we can work on:

• Daily routines and recovery support
• School, work, and everyday responsibilities
• Community, relationships, and activities you enjoy
• Recognizing challenges and asking for support early

Public Speaking

I speak with schools, treatment programs, organizations, and community groups about recovery, family experiences, and rebuilding life. My approach is personal, honest, and focused on what people can take away and use.

Recovery, identity, and rebuilding life

Family Support

When someone you love is struggling, it can be hard to know what helps. I help families have productive conversations, set clearer expectations, and identify practical next steps. Family involvement is discussed together so we protect the trust in the individual coaching relationship. When appropriate, I coordinate with a separate family coach and treatment providers.

Life Coaching & Structure

Sometimes you know things need to change but aren’t sure where to start. We look at your routines, work or school, relationships, and how you’re spending your time. Then we build a manageable plan and keep track of what’s helping.
