About Tucker
I've been on the other side of this work. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to try next. Wrenn Recovery Resources came out of real life, not theory.
My own recovery shaped the way I do this work. Having people believe in me mattered. So did having structure, responsibility, and something to work toward. I bring that perspective into coaching, alongside my professional experience supporting individuals and families.
What I offer is direct, honest support for people who want things to change but aren’t sure how to get there. We look at what’s happening in your everyday life and build practical steps you can actually use.
WHAT I BELIEVE
Real change has to hold up in real life.
01
Honesty First
Nothing changes until people get honest about what is actually going on. Not the polished version. Not the version that keeps everybody comfortable. The real version.
03
Real Support
People do better when they feel understood, challenged, and supported at the same time. That is the balance. Not soft. Not harsh. Real.
02
Structure Matters
Insight is great, but structure is what helps people stop repeating the same patterns. Better routines, better boundaries, better follow-through.
04
A Life That Works
Whether it is recovery or life in general, the goal is the same: build something steady enough to hold up in the real world.
When it’s helpful, I work alongside therapists, family coaches, and other providers. We discuss what communication makes sense and get the necessary permission so everyone understands their role.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to reach out. We can start with what’s happening right now and talk about what support could look like.
